About the Speaker: Ashish Mohindroo is senior director of Product Marketing, at Oracle. He manages a team that is responsible for product strategy and global marketing for Oracle Fusion Middleware and Service-Oriented Architecture products and solutions. He launched and continues to lead the global Go-To-Market Initiatives for Oracle's Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Complex Event Processing, Business Process Management (BPM), Master Data Management (MDM), and Developer Tools product offerings and is a major driver behind Oracle's recognized leadership in SOA. Under Mohindroo’s leadership, Oracle’s SOA products are the fastest growing components of Oracle Fusion Middleware. He regularly keynotes industry conferences, is interviewed by publications worldwide, and briefs industry analysts for Oracle. .

Drawing on both his personal and IBM's considerable experience in this space, he will examine the implications of this for technology evolution, market adoption and supporting business models.
About the Speaker: Dr. Kareem Yusuf, Director Product Management, WebSphere Software, IBM is based in Somers, New York. In his current role, Dr. Yusuf is responsible for managing the WebSphere Application Infrastructure Portfolio, including the WebSphere Application Server Family, WebSphere Commerce and most recently has driven key new offerings into market in support of virtualization and Cloud Computing. He focuses on the life-cycle management of the application infrastructure product portfolio, managing new product introduction, product evolution and the markets served. With his team, he covers a wider range of concerns ranging from market analysis and product strategy to product delivery and ecosystem development. In his previous role, as the Director, SOA Strategy & Planning, IBM Software Group, Dr. Yusuf helped foster IBM's leadership position in SOA while driving IBM's SOA strategy and managing the IBM SOA Foundation Portfolio..
